MyDoctor Greece does not deal directly with insurance companies. Payment is the responsibility of the patient at the time of service. We will not be responsible for any reimbursement disputes between you and your insurer.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyDoctor Greece operates as a medical assistance service connecting patients with independent, licensed physicians. The attending doctor is an independent professional responsible for the medical assessment, advice, and any treatment provided during the consultation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MyDoctor Greece's liability is limited to the facilitation and coordination service
  • We are not liable for the medical outcomes of any consultation, advice, or treatment provided by the attending physician
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to contact emergency services in a timely manner

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
